Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 3,211,655 and represented 75.49% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen voting-age population (617.89K), followed by Washington (423.32K), and Clackamas (321.90K).

In terms of percentages, Wheeler had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (86.46%), followed by Curry (84.22%), and Grant (82.03%).
