Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 2,830,525 and represented 72.57% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen voting-age population (550.36K), followed by Washington (363.51K), and Clackamas (282.68K).

In terms of percentages, Wheeler had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.50%), followed by Curry (82.97%), and Grant (80.96%).
