Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Kansas was 123,535 and represented 4.48% of the total Kansas citizen population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (52.85K), followed by Johnson (28.98K), and Wyandotte (27.29K).
