Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Washington was 3,197,580 and represented 49.92% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (1.23M), followed by Pierce (555.10K), and Snohomish (526.88K).
