Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 3,679,120 and represented 70.79% of the total Colorado population.

Among all Colorado counties, El Paso had the highest citizen voting-age population (459.47K), followed by Denver (438.95K), and Jefferson (412.27K).

In terms of percentages, Mineral had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (93.62%), followed by San Juan (87.79%), and Hinsdale (87.36%).
