Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 58,460 and represented 0.65% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (542.64K), followed by Kane (52.47K), and Lake (48.87K).
