Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 106,827 and represented 1.18% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (718.66K), followed by Lake (82.66K), and Kane (81.92K).

In terms of percentages, Kane had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (23.44%), followed by Cook (20.01%), and Kendall (17.58%).
