Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 102,630 and represented 1.13% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (708.81K), followed by Kane (80.15K), and Lake (79.66K).

In terms of percentages, Kane had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (23.07%), followed by Cook (19.77%), and Kendall (16.88%).
