Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 58,460 and represented 1.30% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, Jackson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (23.39K), followed by St. Louis (11.31K), and Clay (7.37K).

In terms of percentages, Sullivan had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (9.66%), followed by Pulaski (8.84%), and Jackson (4.74%).
