Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 925,430 and represented 43.00% of the total Arkansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (96.61K), followed by Jefferson (29.99K), and Crittenden (17.18K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (58.77%), followed by Lee (54.35%), and Jefferson (52.97%).
