Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for New York was 925,430 and represented 6.89% of the total New York citizen voting-age population.

Among all New York counties, Kings had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (520.86K), followed by Queens (275.44K), and Bronx (262.98K).

In terms of percentages, Kings had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (33.02%), followed by Bronx (32.67%), and Queens (20.41%).
