Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Ohio was 925,430 and represented 10.66% of the total Ohio citizen voting-age population.

Among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (271.51K), followed by Franklin (163.19K), and Hamilton (142.60K).

In terms of percentages, Cuyahoga had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (28.40%), followed by Hamilton (23.95%), and Montgomery (19.68%).
