Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 2,537,295 and represented 26.22% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (808.65K), followed by Montgomery (495.68K), and Philadelphia (465.43K).

In terms of percentages, Jefferson had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.18%), followed by Cameron (98.14%), and Elk (98.13%).
