Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Washington was 3,196,310 and represented 49.28% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (1.24M), followed by Pierce (558.43K), and Snohomish (530.44K).

In terms of percentages, Garfield had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (94.81%), followed by Lincoln (92.64%), and Asotin (91.81%).
