Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 935,440 and represented 43.23% of the total Arkansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (98.16K), followed by Jefferson (29.66K), and Crittenden (17.11K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (58.80%), followed by Lee (54.35%), and Jefferson (53.25%).
