Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for California was 935,440 and represented 3.85% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (619.05K), followed by Alameda (137.92K), and San Bernardino (122.90K).

In terms of percentages, Solano had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (15.55%), followed by Alameda (13.44%), and Sacramento (10.47%).
