Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for New York was 935,440 and represented 6.91% of the total New York citizen voting-age population.

Among all New York counties, Kings had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (527.35K), followed by Queens (280.38K), and Bronx (265.58K).

In terms of percentages, Kings had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (32.93%), followed by Bronx (32.38%), and Queens (20.50%).
