Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the citizen population for Oregon was 3,753,590 and represented 94.26% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen population (718.57K), followed by Washington (509.85K), and Clackamas (380.70K).
