Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 2,911,330 and represented 73.11% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen voting-age population (570.79K), followed by Washington (377.44K), and Clackamas (293.61K).

In terms of percentages, Wheeler had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (87.59%), followed by Curry (83.28%), and Sherman (82.11%).
