Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 62,380 and represented 1.37% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, Jackson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (24.56K), followed by St. Louis (11.26K), and Clay (8.14K).

In terms of percentages, Sullivan had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (10.81%), followed by Pulaski (9.40%), and Jackson (4.92%).
