Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 945,515 and represented 43.47% of the total Arkansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (99.68K), followed by Jefferson (29.54K), and Crittenden (17.08K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (59.06%), followed by Lee (54.56%), and Jefferson (53.79%).
