Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 2,546,550 and represented 76.85% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (421.26K), followed by Fayette (182.59K), and Kenton (112.26K).

In terms of percentages, Magoffin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.64%), followed by Jackson (99.47%), and Bracken (99.29%).
