Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the citizen voting-age population for Florida was 14,461,395 and represented 71.31% of the total Florida population.

Among all Florida counties, Miami-Dade had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.58M), followed by Broward (1.25M), and Palm Beach (994.39K).

In terms of percentages, Sumter had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (90.69%), followed by Charlotte (83.42%), and Citrus (83.22%).
