Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the citizen voting-age population for Nebraska was 1,350,095 and represented 71.29% of the total Nebraska population.

Among all Nebraska counties, Douglas had the highest citizen voting-age population (377.17K), followed by Lancaster (224.25K), and Sarpy (121.81K).

In terms of percentages, Hooker had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.67%), followed by Rock (83.33%), and Loup (81.31%).
