Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 66,010 and represented 1.70% of the total Colorado citizen voting-age population.

Among all Colorado counties, Denver had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (94.48K), followed by Adams (84.12K), and El Paso (61.11K).

In terms of percentages, Costilla had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (59.61%), followed by Conejos (54.56%), and Alamosa (38.74%).
