Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 66,010 and represented 1.45% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, Jackson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (24.36K), followed by St. Louis (11.81K), and Clay (8.40K).

In terms of percentages, Sullivan had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (12.12%), followed by Pulaski (9.70%), and Jackson (4.85%).
