Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for California was 952,790 and represented 3.82% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (626.10K), followed by Alameda (135.43K), and San Bernardino (123.53K).

In terms of percentages, Solano had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (15.41%), followed by Alameda (12.82%), and Lassen (10.65%).
