Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for New York was 952,790 and represented 6.93% of the total New York citizen voting-age population.

Among all New York counties, Kings had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (541.06K), followed by Queens (290.17K), and Bronx (274.65K).

In terms of percentages, Kings had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (32.64%), followed by Bronx (32.34%), and Queens (20.52%).
