Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 2,544,540 and represented 76.52% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (421.81K), followed by Fayette (184.00K), and Kenton (112.66K).

In terms of percentages, Magoffin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.74%), followed by Jackson (99.42%), and Menifee (99.30%).
