Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for North Carolina was 2,544,540 and represented 34.81% of the total North Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all North Carolina counties, Wake had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (478.70K), followed by Mecklenburg (391.90K), and Guilford (217.20K).

In terms of percentages, Clay had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.68%), followed by Yancey (96.87%), and Ashe (96.50%).
