Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the citizen voting-age population for South Carolina was 3,731,350 and represented 75.29% of the total South Carolina population.

Among all South Carolina counties, Greenville had the highest citizen voting-age population (359.18K), followed by Richland (309.11K), and Charleston (305.28K).

In terms of percentages, McCormick had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (87.14%), followed by Allendale (80.14%), and Fairfield (79.79%).
