Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 70,240 and represented 1.77% of the total Colorado citizen voting-age population.

Among all Colorado counties, Denver had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (98.80K), followed by Adams (88.62K), and El Paso (64.22K).

In terms of percentages, Costilla had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (57.73%), followed by Conejos (54.44%), and Alamosa (39.57%).
