Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 70,240 and represented 1.53% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, Jackson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (25.47K), followed by St. Louis (12.05K), and Clay (8.80K).

In terms of percentages, Sullivan had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (11.86%), followed by Pulaski (10.15%), and Jackson (5.03%).
