Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 960,075 and represented 43.72% of the total Arkansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (102.56K), followed by Jefferson (29.41K), and Crittenden (16.26K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (59.72%), followed by Jefferson (54.46%), and Lee (54.17%).
