Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for California was 960,075 and represented 3.81% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (626.88K), followed by Alameda (133.89K), and San Bernardino (124.31K).

In terms of percentages, Solano had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (15.41%), followed by Alameda (12.52%), and Lassen (10.68%).
