Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for New York was 960,075 and represented 7.02% of the total New York citizen voting-age population.

Among all New York counties, Kings had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (536.91K), followed by Queens (290.40K), and Bronx (273.76K).

In terms of percentages, Kings had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (32.52%), followed by Bronx (32.49%), and Queens (20.75%).
