Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 2,548,850 and represented 76.35% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (420.97K), followed by Fayette (185.31K), and Kenton (113.03K).

In terms of percentages, Magoffin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.85%), followed by Menifee (99.70%), and Jackson (99.42%).
