Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 1,287,245 and represented 10.40% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (625.39K), followed by Allegheny (152.47K), and Delaware (111.98K).
