Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 3,186,580 and represented 73.33% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (513.46K), followed by Fayette (225.10K), and Kenton (146.05K).

In terms of percentages, Estill had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.12%), followed by Magoffin (98.84%), and Owen (98.47%).
