Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 3,190,265 and represented 73.22% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (509.72K), followed by Fayette (224.55K), and Kenton (146.29K).

In terms of percentages, Magoffin had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.50%), followed by Johnson (98.07%), and Estill (98.04%).
