Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 2,551,105 and represented 76.17% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (419.07K), followed by Fayette (185.87K), and Kenton (113.39K).

In terms of percentages, Magoffin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.27%), followed by Estill (98.92%), and Owen (98.74%).
