Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen voting-age population for Rhode Island was 792,920 and represented 75.00% of the total Rhode Island population.

Among all Rhode Island counties, Providence had the highest citizen voting-age population (455.86K), followed by Kent (129.69K), and Washington (102.89K).

In terms of percentages, Washington had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.62%), followed by Newport (79.86%), and Kent (79.14%).
