Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the citizen voting-age population for Rhode Island was 819,450 and represented 75.05% of the total Rhode Island population.

Among all Rhode Island counties, Providence had the highest citizen voting-age population (470.54K), followed by Kent (133.29K), and Washington (106.23K).
