Among all South Carolina counties, Greenville had the highest citizen voting-age population (365.13K), followed by Richland (311.68K), and Charleston (309.60K).

In terms of percentages, McCormick had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (87.30%), followed by Fairfield (80.39%), and Georgetown (79.83%).
