Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 72,020 and represented 1.77% of the total Colorado citizen voting-age population.

Among all Colorado counties, Denver had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (103.61K), followed by Adams (94.07K), and El Paso (67.47K).

In terms of percentages, Costilla had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (57.17%), followed by Conejos (54.49%), and Alamosa (40.46%).
