Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 72,020 and represented 1.56% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, Jackson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (26.42K), followed by St. Louis (13.13K), and Clay (9.28K).

In terms of percentages, Sullivan had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (10.97%), followed by Pulaski (10.24%), and Jackson (5.18%).
