Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for California was 967,605 and represented 3.80% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (625.40K), followed by Alameda (133.36K), and San Bernardino (125.53K).

In terms of percentages, Solano had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (15.43%), followed by Alameda (12.31%), and Sacramento (10.42%).
