Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for New York was 967,605 and represented 7.05% of the total New York citizen voting-age population.

Among all New York counties, Kings had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (535.75K), followed by Queens (290.87K), and Bronx (275.81K).

In terms of percentages, Bronx had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (32.47%), followed by Kings (32.34%), and Queens (20.80%).
