Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Ohio was 967,605 and represented 10.97% of the total Ohio citizen voting-age population.

Among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (272.05K), followed by Franklin (187.95K), and Hamilton (146.93K).

In terms of percentages, Cuyahoga had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (28.54%), followed by Hamilton (24.33%), and Franklin (20.38%).
