Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Delaware was 1,290,900 and represented 139.79% of the total Delaware citizen population.

Among all Delaware counties, New Castle had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (134.64K), followed by Kent (43.13K), and Sussex (24.80K).
